Try the source-to-file path before switching

Already working in Chrome? Start by checking the Gemini features actually available to your account. Google’s help page explains current-page context and adding open tabs. Its product page also distinguishes feature rollouts and plan restrictions. An AI button alone does not describe all of those conditions.

If your existing setup already makes those outcomes easy, weigh the cost of changing browsers. The difference to evaluate is the entry point and what happens after an answer. Try the complete path from the source page to a result you can reopen, rather than comparing a list of AI labels.

How to evaluate dodu for your own work

1. Open a source page you actually use and ask a specific question about it.
2. Check that the answer uses the intended context and separates facts from gaps.
3. Save a useful answer as a PDF and capture the source page if needed.
4. Reopen the file in SPACE and decide whether the workflow reduces your effort.

dodu currently has a public beta waitlist and a demonstrated macOS app. Do not assume that all announced features or platforms are available to every user. Compare privacy practices, access requirements and current pricing before switching.
