These terms govern your use of the dodu website, waitlist, browser and Space, operated by world of creator ltd, United States. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: zhang.chen@worldofcreator.com。

Waitlist and beta access候补名单与测试访问
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not guarantee an invitation, availability date or access to every demonstrated feature. Beta access may be limited, changed or withdrawn as the product develops. No payment is taken for joining the list. Product demonstrations show particular captured sessions, not a promise of identical results on every website.
加入候补名单免费，不保证邀请、开放日期或所有演示功能的可用性。随着产品开发，测试访问可能受到限制、调整或结束。加入名单不会产生扣费。产品演示展示具体录制会话，不保证所有网站上获得相同结果。
Your account and content账户与内容
Use accurate information and keep your account secure. You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant us and our service providers permission to store, transmit and process it only as needed to provide and secure the features you request. You are responsible for having permission to use, upload or share content, and for keeping backups of important files.

AI assistance and actionsAI 协助与操作
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review factual claims, sources, generated files and proposed actions before relying on them. Availability depends on the page, source access and model service. Drafting a reply is not the same as sending it. You remain responsible for content you approve, publish or submit. dodu does not grant permission to bypass access controls, paywalls or third-party restrictions.

Acceptable use合理使用
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or files. We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with law.
不得违法使用服务、侵犯他人权利、传播恶意软件、干扰服务、规避限制，或未经授权访问账户和文件。为防止滥用、保护用户或遵守法律，我们可以采取合理的活动限制措施。
Paid services and third parties付费服务与第三方
If you choose a paid service, the price, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions shown at checkout apply. A waitlist signup does not change an existing subscription. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Public content appearing in a demonstration does not imply endorsement by its publisher.

Availability and limitations可用性与限制
The beta is provided as available and may contain defects, lose access to sources or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
测试版按当时可用状态提供，可能存在缺陷、无法访问部分来源或发生功能调整。我们不保证服务不中断或 AI 输出无错误。在适用法律允许范围内，我们排除默示保证及间接或后果性损失责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的权利或责任。
Ending use and changes停止使用与变更
You can stop using dodu and request account or waitlist deletion. Ending access may not immediately delete file history; see the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the service changes, publish the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
你可以停止使用 dodu，并申请删除账户或退出候补名单。终止访问不一定立即删除文件历史，详情请见隐私政策。我们可能随服务调整更新条款，公布生效日期，并对重大变更给予适当通知。
